Return’s Refund

Please note all products are manufactured against confirmed customer orders and hence they are exclusively produced for you after you place your order with us.

REFUNDS FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS/WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERIES:

Refunds/Replacements are done free of cost for all products with manufacturing defects  or wrong product deliveries. Please send us details of your complaints to our customer service number +91 95445 12208 through whatsapp or send mail us at info@qeeroq.com , and we will replace/refund, as you desire. We will verify the defects once the returned products is received and confirm your refund or replacement.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS FOR OTHER REASONS:

As mentioned above, all products  are exclusively made for you. Hence we do not  entertain any refund/replacement claims for reasons other than manufacturing defects or wrong product deliveries.

TO AVOID SIZING OR MEASUREMENT ISSUES PLEASE CHECK OUR MEASUREMENT CHART GIVEN IN THE PRODUCT PAGE  BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER. NO EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED.

Return Period – Customer can easily book the return within 7 days after delivery.

Return’s Refund – Refund amount can be transferred to customer’s Wallet/Coupons/Direct Bank Account/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM.

Refund Timings – Refunds will be transferred within 3-4 working days once we receive the shipment at Qeeroq warehouse

Note 1 – For COD orders, the mode available for refund is only Qeeroq Wallet. Monetary refunds are not possible in case of COD orders.

Note 2 – In case of Return & Exchange, the orders which were initially placed by using any kind of discount coupon code will be refunded in Qeeroq wallet only.

However, orders which are placed without using any discount code can be refunded in original source if requested by the customer.

Note 3 – Please note that we are not liable to entertain any refund/issue raised after 30 days from the date of order placement.
